• Diary and schedule management, including prioritising appointments and meetings
• Planning and preparing daily meals that align with the family’s tastes and preferences.
• Sourcing and selecting the highest quality ingredients, with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce.
• Maintaining a pristine and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Creating menus that highlight European cuisine while accommodating occasional special requests.
• Ensuring meals are presented to an exceptional standard of fine dining.
