Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper Job Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and experienced live-in babysitter/nanny/housekeeper to support our household with childcare and domestic duties.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, proactive, and passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for our child(ren), while also managing daily housekeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for the child(ren) at all times
Feed, bathe, dress, and maintain hygiene of the child(ren)
Organize and engage in age-appropriate educational and play activities
Assist with schoolwork, reading, storytelling, and outdoor play
Maintain routines including meal times, naps, and bedtime
Accompany child(ren) to appointments, parks, or outings (if required)
Monitor child’s health, behavior, and report any concerns to parents
Housekeeping Duties:
General cleaning and tidying of the home
Laundry and ironing (family or child-specific, as agreed)
Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas
Organize storage areas, closets, and general home upkeep
Grocery shopping or assisting in meal prep when needed
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of play and sleeping areas
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in childcare and housekeeping (minimum 2 years preferred)
Ability to live-in full time (accommodation and meals provided)
Good communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
Friendly, respectful, and honest personality
High attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential family matters
Flexible with schedule and tasks as needed
Non-smoker preferred
First Aid and CPR training is an advantage
Valid references and background check required
