Part-Time Developer (C++, C#, VB.NET, SQL) – Toronto / Remote EST
We’re seeking an experienced part-time developer to support ongoing projects involving:
• C++ (Visual Studio) – maintaining and upgrading existing applications
• C# and VB.NET – building & enhancing internal tools
• SQL Server – writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures
Details:
• ~10-20 hours/week (flexible)
• Prefer candidates in Toronto or able to work primarily EST hours
• Mix of maintenance, new feature development, and occasional troubleshooting
• Mostly remote, occasional meetings or onsite
• First week is required onsite (central Toronto)
Requirements:
• Strong experience in C++, C#, and VB.NET
• Proficient in writing & tuning SQL queries (MS SQL Server)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
Nice to have:
• Experience with Git or similar source control
