We are looking for a skilled Website Developer with experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites while implementing best SEO practices to enhance search rankings and user engagement. You should be proficient in front-end and back-end web development, have a keen eye for design and functionality, and understand how to optimize content and technical elements for search engines.Key Requirements:• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms as needed).• Implement SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.• Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance to improve search rankings.• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into website content and metadata.• Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.• Work closely with content writers and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly content.• Fix website issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and Google algorithm updates. Additional Requirements:• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of live websites.• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies, such as:• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or jQuery is a plus)• PHP, MySQL, or other backend technologies• WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithm changes.• Ability to debug and optimize websites for performance and SEO.• Experience with website security and data protection best practices.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:• Experience with local SEO and schema markup.• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and technical SEO optimization.• Familiarity with Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, or Canva) are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Website developing with SEO expertisePerson Specifications:• Technical Skills• Analytical Skills• Attention to Detail• Communication Skill
