Role OverviewAs the Performance Marketing Manager
you will be responsible for developing
executing
and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various platforms
including Google

s Universal App Campaigns
UAC
and Apple Search Ads
ASA

to drive user acquisition and growth for our brands
You will focus on app platforms
ensuring that marketing efforts are data
driven and aligned with our subscription
based revenue model
This role reports to the Performance Marketing Lead
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and Execution
Develop and implement app performance marketing strategies across UAC
ASA and other paid channels
Provide occasional support to desktop campaign managementAlign marketing efforts with business goals to drive new subscription growth
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies
Channel Management And OptimizationOversee performance marketing channels
including PPC
display
paid social
and more
with a focus on app and desktop platforms
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve conversions
target CPA and maximize ROI
Identify and test new marketing channels and tactics for user acquisition
Data
Driven Decision MakingUtilize data analytics tools to monitor
analyze
and report on campaign performance
Implement A
B testing and other experimental methodologies to refine marketing strategies and double down on growthDevelop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics relevant to subscription growth
Collaboration And CoordinationWork closely with cross
functional teams
including product
data science
and engineering
to enhance marketing effectiveness
Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product development and user experience
Budget ManagementManage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels and platforms
Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize impact and achieve growth targets
RequirementsExperience
Proven track record in performance marketing
with experience in app user acquisition

Experience in desktop marketing is a nice
to
have
Expertise in PPC
display advertising
social media marketing
and other performance channels
Experience in subscription
driven businesses
with a focus on optimizing for CPA and scaling marketing efforts
Experience in app mobile networks is a plus
SkillsStrong analytical skills
with proficiency in data analytics tools
