As a Sales Executive specializing in custom office furniture, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your mission is to identify potential business opportunities, forge strong relationships with clients, and generate substantial sales for our customized office furniture solutions. This position demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a thorough understanding of the needs of modern businesses when it comes to office space design and functionality. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, from small startups to large corporations, helping them create workspaces that are both functional and stylish, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients through various sales channels and techniques.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Present and demonstrate our custom office furniture solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and client satisfaction.
Provide clients with product knowledge and insights to assist their purchasing decisions.
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through delivery and post-sale support.
Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review and strategy planning.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand effectively.
Continuously seek feedback for improvement to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in office furniture or related industry.
Strong understanding of custom office furniture products and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to succeed in sales.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and business demands.
