The HSE Officer must have approved HSE offshore experience
The HSE Officer must be Willing to work offshore on regular and call on basis
The HSE Officers shall be responsible to the HSE Manager and shall ensure the compliance of the Safety Program and the client requirements.
The HSE Officer will conduct daily site inspections monitoring safety compliance, immediate correction of unsafe act / condition, reporting negative findings to the HSE Manager.
The HSE Officer shall conduct regular inspection on the following:
Fire Extinguisher, Lifting Tools & Tackle, Hand and Power Tools ,Full Body Harness ,Ladders ,Electric Cord / cables ,SCBA ,Vehicles (Cranes, Forklift, etc.)
The HSE Officer shall assist client and third-party Company on the inspection of the Lifting Equipment
The HSE Officer will administer the weekly site toolbox talks ensuring all attendees sign the attendance document for record purposes.
The HSE Officer shall assist HSE Manager in training employees at all levels; this includes safety orientation.
The HSE Officer shall take part in incident/accident investigation as assigned by HSE manager.
The HSE Officer shall monitor & ensure compliance of Field work force with the work permit system.
The HSE Officer shall be Preparing, Check and observe enforcement of Job Safety analysis on high non-routine / high-risk activities.
The HSE Officer shall Conduct JSA / TRA meetings with the client as required.
The HSE Officer shall prepare the safety audit report on monthly basis.
The HSE Officer shall guide the workforce to designated assembly area during emergency situation.
The HSE Officer shall monitor and maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.
• *Salary**: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
– Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
