Job Description
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Create wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, panel layouts, and cable routing plans.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to ADNOC specifications, industry codes, and UAE regulations.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to gather information and clarify design requirements.
• Coordinate with other drafting teams for integrated project deliverables.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
• Provide support for as-built documentation during project completion.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project scope.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between design drawings and project requirements.
• Assist in site surveys and data collection to incorporate field conditions into designs.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an E&I Draftsman, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
• ADNOC projects Experience is Preferable
• Expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software.
• Familiarity with E&I standards such as IEC, NEC, and ADNOC guidelines.
• Understanding of P&IDs, SLDs, and control system architecture.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Additional Information
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as SmartPlant, PDMS, or Revit.
• Experience with offshore and onshore projects in the UAE.
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation practices
