Job Summary:

Al Mashora Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced ADNOC Vendor Registration Officer to manage and oversee the ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification process. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding of ADNOC requirements, the ability to review and align documents with ADNOC standards, and ensure successful application approval.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the full process of ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification applications.
• Review, verify, and align documents to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
• Liaise with clients to collect, validate, and organize necessary documentation.
• Submit applications accurately and follow up on approvals.
• Ensure applications are technically correct and meet ADNOC requirements to avoid rejections.
• Stay updated with ADNOC policies, regulations, and any changes in vendor registration criteria.
• Coordinate with ADNOC representatives to clarify any registration issues.
• Maintain detailed records of submissions, approvals, and necessary corrections.
• Provide clients with updates and guidance regarding ADNOC vendor requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in ADNOC vendor registration & prequalification processes.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC registration standards, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Experience in document review and alignment according to ADNOC guidelines.
• Technical mindset to ensure application success and avoid rejections.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience in business consultancy or dealing with ADNOC vendors is a plus.
