Job Description:
• Cabin preparation and detailing to a very high standard, setting tables, arranging flowers and cleaning all areas of the interior of the yacht.
• When guests or owners are on board you will serve food and drinks and looks after/ assist every needs of the guest on board.
• Maintain the interior cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintaining inventory levels of food and drinks, including ordering new supplies as needed
• Liaison with guests and service – meals and bartending
• Orchestrating guest activities
• Boat stowage for sea
• Assisting with lines and fenders on decks.
• Providing first aid and medical assistance to guests as needed
• Taking inventory of all food and beverage supplies on board the yacht at the start of each charter trip, and restocking supplies as needed throughout the trip.
• Helping with deck work including cleaning and polishing surfaces, scrubbing the hull, or organizing storage areas.
• Participating in safety drills, lifeboat training, and other emergency procedures.
• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure, as well as during social events onboard the yacht.
Qualifications:
• Previously Hospitality experience is needed.
• STCW certificate is required.
• With pleasing personality.
• Service orientated, energetic and a team player.
• Discretion, attention to detail, the ability to anticipate guest’s needs and adapt to all types of situations.
• Good communication and people skills and be able to deliver superb service with a smile.
• Should have great team spirit and be somebody who can keep calm in stressful situations.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 9 – 27 per week
