
APEX AUTO GARAGE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator cum Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data handling, client coordination, and maintaining up-to-date records to support our operational and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry & Validation
• Accurately enter new client details, policy numbers, premium amounts, and other relevant data.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information (e.g., names, dates, policy types).
• Ensure there are no duplicate or inconsistent records in the system.
• Call customers to schedule vehicle drop-offs and update status accordingly.
• Update monthly reports on vehicles currently with customers.
• Maintain records of pending LPOs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp and company phone line.
• Prepare and share daily reports with the General Manager, highlighting vehicles received.
• Update received LPOs in the database and remove them from the pending list to ensure invoicing accuracy.
2. Document Management
• Upload and organize essential documents, including police reports, registration cards (Mulkiya), driving licenses, and Emirates IDs.
• Ensure all records are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
