• *Main Responsibilities:**

– Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with management.
– Monitor cash flow and manage financial resources.
– Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
– Oversee billing processes and general accounting.
– Implement and adhere to financial policies and internal procedures.
– Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
– Provide strategic financial advice to management to optimize profitability.
– Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• *Required Qualifications:**

– Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a controller or in a similar financial role, ideally in the automotive sector.
– Strong analytical skills in financial analysis and budget management.
– Excellent mastery of accounting and financial management software.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
– Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
