noon, the region’s leading consumer commerce platform, launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE on December 12th, 2017, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Role overview:
The Brand Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the Electronics space, including retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distribution partners. This role will focus on driving sales performance, optimizing product placement, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that our products are effectively marketed and merchandised across all touchpoints. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to achieve business goals and maximize opportunities within the assigned category.
Key responsibilities:
• Brand Management: Handle and grow specific brands on the platform within a designated category, working towards set targets.
• Data Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to understand data and take appropriate actions based on insights.
• Tools Proficiency: Be comfortable and proficient in using Excel and Google Docs for daily tasks and reporting.
• Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with partners, suppliers, or internal teams to drive results.
• Planning & Strategy: Take a proactive approach to plan for promotions, pricing, inventory management, etc., for the brand(s).
• Reporting: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the brand(s), tracking key deliverable metrics.
What You’ll Need:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Experience in eCommerce is mandatory; experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred.
• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL.
