Job Title: Accountant & PRO Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Accountant & PRO Executive to support our company’s finance and compliance operations. The ideal candidate should be currently based in Dubai, with at least 1 year of relevant UAE experience, and should be capable of managing daily accounting tasks, tax filings, and assisting with PRO-related duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Generate monthly profit & loss reports and assist in budgeting
• Support with audit preparation and coordination with external auditors

VAT & Compliance
• Prepare and file VAT returns with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax and accounting standards
• Maintain documentation required for audit and government inspections

PRO Support (as needed)
• Assist with company license renewals, employee visa processing, labor card renewals
• Liaise with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, GDRFA
• Maintain renewal schedules and ensure timely submissions of documents

Compensation:
• Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000/month (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Visa, health insurance, annual leave as per UAE labor law

Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year of UAE accounting experience
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with VAT laws and filing procedures in the UAE
• Exposure to PRO tasks is a plus (willingness to learn is acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a bonus
• Must be currently residing in Dubai
