Customer Service Representative | Automotive | Al Futtaim Logistics
Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our Contract Logistics division based in Dubai. You will ensure on a day-to-day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all free zone rules and regulations
What you will do
• Manage inbound and outbound system functionality
• Manage inbound and outbound documentation
• Manage reporting such as warehouse stats, last mile delivery reports, sales space capacity, inventory stats and data analysis
• Manage all the customer inquiries
• Manage Inventory control – PI counts & subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks & quarantine products
Skills
Required skills to be successful
• 2 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics, supply chain or warehousing industry
• Strong communications skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management system
• Experience with Inbound and Outbound documentation
