About the Role:
As the welcoming face of our restaurant, you’ll be the architect of first impressions and seamless guest experiences. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will set the tone for every visit.
What You’ll Do:
• Master the Art of Arrival: Greet guests with genuine hospitality and manage the flow of service with grace under pressure
• Curate Exceptional Experiences: Handle reservations with precision, noting preferences to personalize each visit
• Be the Nerve Center: Coordinate seamlessly between guests, servers, and management to ensure perfect service timing
• Problem-Solve with Poise: Handle special requests and seating challenges with creativity and professionalism
• Shape Our Standards: Help establish and maintain our service protocols as we build this concept together
