Job Role: Maintenance Technician – Plant Maintenance
If you’re someone who loves fixing things and gets excited by the hum of machinery, we’ve got the perfect gig. As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep the plant running like a well-oiled (and fully electrified) machine.
From finding that one bolt that’s causing chaos to making motors purr, you’re the go-to fixer. No cape required—just a good toolkit and a better attitude.
Requirements
Must enjoy the sound of machines more than morning alarm clocks.
Able to locate a faulty wire faster than a lost remote.
Comfortable with grease, sparks, and occasional talking to machines.
Knows which wrench is which (and doesn’t call everything a “thingy”).
Can fix stuff without duct tape (usually).
Doesn’t panic when something starts beeping unexpectedly.
Loves a good maintenance schedule like others love coffee.
Can handle tools, teammates, and the occasional stubborn bolt with grace.
