Job Title: Freelance Trainer – Language, Abacus, Robotics & Machine Learning, IT & Computer Training

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and experienced Freelance Trainers to join our training network across four key domains: Language Training, Abacus Training, Robotics & Machine Learning, and IT & Computer Skills. The ideal candidates should possess subject-matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and a learner-centric approach to deliver engaging and effective training to students of various age groups.
Key Responsibilities:1. Language Trainers ( Arabic, English & French )
• Teach spoken and written English or other regional/international languages (as applicable).
• Design curriculum tailored to different age groups or proficiency levels.
• Improve learners’ pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Conduct interactive sessions using role plays, presentations, and digital tools.
2. Abacus Trainer
• Deliver foundational and advanced abacus training to children.
• Enhance students’ mental arithmetic skills and concentration through structured practice.
• Develop engaging lesson plans using visual and hands-on techniques.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to learners and parents.
3. Robotics & Machine Learning Trainer
• Instruct students in basic to advanced robotics and ML concepts using platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, Scratch, etc.
• Guide students through project-based learning and competitions.
• Create custom lesson plans with coding exercises, simulations, and real-world applications.
• Stay updated with new tools and teaching methodologies in STEM education.
4. IT & Computer Trainer
• Provide training on basic to advanced IT topics (MS Office, Internet safety, typing, etc.).
• Teach programming languages, software tools, and essential digital literacy.
• Support learners in practical tasks like creating presentations, coding projects, and tech troubleshooting.
• Assess learner progress through assignments and real-world tasks.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator in any of the listed domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in education, IT, language, or STEM fields.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct training both online and offline.
• Familiarity with modern educational tools and LMS platforms is a plus.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students of various age groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in IELTS, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent (for Language Trainer).
• Certified Abacus Trainer (from a recognized institute).
• Robotics/ML certifications from reputed platforms like Coursera, edX, etc.
• IT certifications (Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, etc.).
Work Schedule:
• Flexible hours based on your availability and student schedules.
• May involve weekend or evening classes depending on learner needs.
