Job description
Position: Playground and Party Attendant Rep
Location: 2273 Dundas Street West, Mississauga
Job Type: Part-Time
Hourly Rate: TBD (Based on Experience)
Number of Positions Available: 3
Our indoor playground is designed to stimulate children’s creativity, motor skills and social interaction while providing an unforgettable experience for families. It features a 3-storey play structure, interactive arcade, 4 spectacular party rooms, an in-house café where parents can sit, relax, and watch their children play and have fun.
We are looking to hire dedicated and enthusiastic Playground and Party Attendant Rep to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services effectively.
Job Duties but not limited to:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over email.
• Provide accurate information regarding our services.
• Assist customers with party booking and cancellations.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Upsell party packages based on customer needs and preferences.
• Use the POS system to process transactions correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Skills/Experience Required:
• 2-year experience in customer service and or hospitality required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
