Job description
MUST HAVE experience in Construction field, most preferably with BMU & Garbage Chute system, it’s Installation & Fabrication
Ensure Timely delivery of projects
Ensure there are no client escalations
Plan the work and the workforce requirement
Optimize the workforce
Deliver the project within the agreed cost and timeline
Maintain the project margins
Regular inspection of project sites
Manage Team’s Timesheet
Keep the Project Cost Break Up Tracker up-to-date
Do a daily/weekly planning for the team
Conduct formal weekly meetings with the team
Weekly and Monthly Reporting to the management
Coordination with third party consultants
All leads to be forwarded to the company to increased business
Ensure there are no escalations
Need to have UAE Driving License
Salary: To be discussed upon Interview

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
BMU/Garbage Chute System: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
