We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor for our manufacturing operations in our furniture and furnishing production unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture production and valuable experience in textiles, particularly in upholstery, fabric selection.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production processes to ensure quality and timely output.
Manage a team of workers across woodworking, upholstery, and finishing sections.
Monitor inventory of raw materials, including wood, fabric, foam, and hardware.
Collaborate with design and quality teams to meet product specifications and standards.
Implement productivity and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in furniture production or manufacturing supervision.
Background or experience in textile manufacturing or fabric-based products.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary offer for the position is AED 3000
