Job description
Position: Bilingual Customer Service II
Location: Mississauga
Are you a problem-solving ninja? Do you speak both English and French? Then we’ve got the perfect full-time permanent gig for you!
Our client is on the lookout for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II who can manage and address high profile account concerns and answer technical complex inquiries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Provide seamless customer service experience and coordination.
– Answer questions and solve challenges (they have all the tools and training you need to be successful!).
– Support professionals with all onboarding activities including account set up, trouble shooting and training.
– Provide adequate, accurate and timely technical support for company products.
– Answer inbound and outbound inquires and questions.
– Identify requests for specific/technical information and ensure appropriate follow ups.
– Handle escalated customer issues in a professional, friendly and positive manner.
– Address complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and eliminating further escalations.
– Update customer files accurately and completely.
– Maintain positive and productive relationships with key contacts to ensure customers’ needs are a priority.
What We’re Looking For:
– Call center experience with a consumer goods-based client.
– Experience in addressing product-based queries, medical/pharmaceutical device an asset.
– Great attitude and bring your energy to work every day.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
– Problem-solving ninja, always thinking of creative ways to make things right.
– Customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must!
