At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Logistics Coordinator :
• Manage and coordinate daily outbound shipments and schedule pickups via transportation carriers
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely readiness and dispatch of completed goods
• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels, from raw materials to finished goods
• Ensuring proper tracking of closed orders and traceability throughout the supply chain, identify and reduce variances
• Participate in weekly variance meetings ensuring accurate reconciliation of materials used and products completed
• Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to a team of material handlers within the warehouse environment
• Assist in managing health and safety initiatives to promote a safe and compliant work environment

• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• College diploma in logistics, business administration or a related field
• Demonstrate sound judgement to resolve issues efficiently
• Highly process-oriented, able to follow structured procedures
• Effective communicator, collaborator and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel and SAP is a plus
• Safety-minded, actively contributing to health and safety initiatives
