About the Role:
Speedy Fleet Delivery Services LLC is urgently hiring a female accountant for our Dubai-based operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience, specifically in payroll processing using WPS. This role requires someone who is accurate, reliable, and can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations
• Handle monthly payroll processing via WPS
• Maintain employee records: leaves, overtime, final settlements
• Prepare reports related to payroll, salaries, and advances
• Assist in financial reporting and external audits
• Maintain all accounting documents in a clear and organized manner
• Ensure timely disbursement of payments and compliance with UAE laws
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Proven hands-on experience in WPS payroll
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Skills
• Proven hands-on experience in WPS payroll
